Maria Denise Perry founded Marden People Development, LLC on a simple conviction: learning should change how people think and act, not lull them through another slide deck.

With more than 30 years in learning and development, she holds certifications as a Technical Trainer (CTT+), Certified Coach (AC, CLS, PCA), and is a seasoned professional speaker and published author.

Maria has traveled nationally & internationally, working with organizations like Coca-Cola, the American Cancer Society, National Seminars Training, Olam and the CDC to turn complex concepts into clear, actionable steps. Early in her career, she spent years in IT, serving as the bridge between subject-matter experts and end users during major software implementations. Today, she also takes pride in teaching non-trainers how to present information with confidence.

Beyond IT, Maria develops and delivers programs in conflict resolution, leadership development, communication, presentation skills, and diversity. As a keynote speaker, she combines humor and real-world examples to create an atmosphere where people learn and laugh at the same time. She keeps her approach fresh by staying on top of the latest trends in today’s ever-changing world.

Offstage, Maria is a wife, mother, and nana. And one of her biggest dreams? Waking up each day with ocean waves in her ears and sand between her toes.
